Policies 

Thank you for supporting BriSweets! Please take a moment to review our ordering policies before placing your order.

✧ Order Notice:

  • All orders require a minimum of 7 days' notice to ensure availability. 

  • Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability.

✧ Custom Design Policy:

  • We love bringing your vision to life! While you're welcome to share inspiration photos, including cakes we’ve made in the past, please note that all custom orders are created with our unique touch.

  • Designs won’t be exact replicas, as we believe each order should be special to the customer receiving it. There may be slight differences in colours, layout, or design details, but every treat is made carefully and creatively!

✧ Payment Policy:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours before the pickup date.

  • Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received. If the final payment is not made on time, your order may be canceled.

  • For orders $50 and under, full payment is required at the time of booking.

✧ Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If you cancel at least 14 days before the pickup date, any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded. This applies even if you paid in full at the time of booking. 

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the pickup date are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation will have already started.

  • Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability but is not guaranteed.

✧ Order Changes:

 

  • Any changes to your order must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled pick-up time. Changes are subject to availability and may include additional charges.

✧ Pick-Up Policy:

  • All orders must be picked up in Brampton, ON. Unless other location is agreed upon in advance. The exact location will be provided once your order is confirmed.

  • Orders not picked up within 5 hours of the scheduled time will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Orders must be picked up at the agreed time. Late pick-ups may not be accommodated without prior notice.

✧ Allergy Notice:

  • Most of our desserts are nut-free but our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, soy, gluten and other potential allergens.

  • While we take precautions, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.​

✧ Product Responsibility:

  • Once orders have been picked up, BriSweets is not responsible for any damage, melting, or mishandling. Please transport your order with care and store it properly.

​

✧ Photography Notice:

  • BriSweets reserves the right to photograph and share any baked goods created for orders on our website and social media platforms.​
