Please take a moment to carefully review these policies before placing an order. These policies ensure a smooth, positive experience from inquiry to pickup for everyone.
Order Notice & Order Changes

All orders require a minimum of 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.

I may accommodate rush orders at my discretion, subject to availability.

Any changes to an order must be requested at least 7 days before pickup.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

For cancellations made at least 14 days before pickup, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before pickup are not eligible for a refund, as preparation and ingredient sourcing will have already begun.

Rescheduling a cancelled order may be accommodated depending on availability.
Pick-up, Delivery & Product Responsibility

All standard orders are picked up in Brampton, ON, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Delivery is available for large qualifying orders

A 10-minute grace period applies after this time; pickup may need to be rescheduled to my next available time, as I cannot guarantee availability outside your scheduled pickup time.

Orders not picked up within 4 hours of the scheduled time, without prior notice, will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, BriSweets is not responsible for any damage, melting, or mishandling. Please transport your order with care and store it according to the provided instructions.
Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your order.

You must pay the remaining balance at least 7 days before pickup.

Orders are not confirmed until I receive the deposit. If I do not receive final payment by the due date, I may cancel or forfeit the order.

For orders of $70 and under, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Custom Designs

Inspiration photos are always welcome; however, I create all custom orders with my own creative approach.

Exact replicas are not guaranteed; each order is designed to be unique.

All colours are hand-mixed; slight shade variations may occur.

Dark or vibrant colours (including deep reds, blues, and black) may result in some colour transfer when eating, which is normal and unavoidable with richly coloured buttercream or icing.
Allergy Notice
While many of our desserts are nut-free, all products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, soy, gluten, and other potential allergens. Although I take precautions, I cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
Photography Notice
BriSweets reserves the right to photograph and share completed orders on our website and social media platforms.
