Policies 

Please take a moment to carefully review these policies before placing an order. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, positive experience from inquiry to pickup for everyone!

Order Notice

A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for all orders, subject to availability.

Rush orders may be accommodated at our discretion and are subject to availability.

Orders over $70 placed more than one week in advance require a 50% deposit to secure your order.

Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to pickup.

Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received. If final payment is not received by the due date, the order may be cancelled or forfeited.

For orders $70 and under, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you cancel 14 days or more before your scheduled pickup date, any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded, even if the order was paid in full.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before pickup are not eligible for a refund, as preparation and ingredient sourcing will have already begun.

Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability but is not guaranteed.

 

Order Changes

Any changes to an order must be requested at least 7 days before pickup. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

 

Custom Design Policy

We love bringing your vision to life! Inspiration photos are always welcome, including designs we’ve created in the past. However, all custom orders are made with our own creative approach.

Exact replicas are not guaranteed, as each order is designed to be unique. Minor variations in colour, layout, or design details may occur.

All colours are hand mixed, so slight variations in shade may occur. Dark or vibrant colours (including deep reds, blues, and black) may result in some colour transfer when eating, which is normal and unavoidable with richly coloured buttercream or icing.

 

Pick-Up Policy

All orders are picked up in Brampton, ON, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. The exact pickup location will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time. Orders not picked up within 4 hours of the scheduled time, without prior notice, will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Late pickups may not be accommodated without advance notice.

 

Product Responsibility

Once an order has been picked up, BriSweets is not responsible for any damage, melting, or mishandling. Please transport your order with care and store it according to the provided instructions.

 

Allergy Notice

While many of our desserts are nut-free, all products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, soy, gluten, and other potential allergens.

Although precautions are taken, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.

 

Photography Notice

BriSweets reserves the right to photograph and share completed orders on our website and social media platforms.
